President of Babylon

Dale Yerton began his message in Daniel chapter 1. Daniel teaches us that we are not prisoners of war, we are children of God! If he can prosper in Babylon, we can prosper where we live! When Daniel changed his attitude and came to respect the authority he was under, God used him in a great way. God showed Daniel, he was looking backward when he should have been looking forward to the coming Savior - and we should be today. Redemption is the answer!

We must not allow negative circumstances happening around us to take our focus off of biblical principles for Christian living. In fact, as things get darker around us, the response of the follower of Christ becomes even more illuminated. We are to be ready to give an answer for the hope that is in us.

The Cry of the Watchman

The church of Jesus Christ must understand the times in which we are living. Just as the sons of Issachar during the reign of King David "understood the times and knew what Israel should do." The cry of the watchman is clear: Spiritual danger is all around, wake up church of Jesus Christ! Wake up to the power of prayer, to the power of God's promises and to the hope of Christ!

What Is Truth?

We are currently witnessing an attack on truth! Society would like to create an environment where no absolutes exist. However, Jesus said that He came to "bear witness of the truth." In fact, He is truth, His Word is truth and has the power to set us free! No audio will be available for the service today.

Who Is Jesus Coming For?

We know Jesus is coming soon. So what does the church look like - who He is coming back for? We need to see who we are in Christ - the inward man and ask ourselves if we are living and walking for Christ. A few distinguishing factors of this last day church will show those who are transformed by the Word, those who are obedient to the Word, doers of the works of Jesus and a people who are victorious and full of hope in Christ. Does this describe how we are living now and are we ready for what is about to happen?

Caught By Surprise

As we see more and more events taking place all over the world, the bible teaches us to watch for the seasons we are in - and it's time to get ready. Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 3:1-5, of the kind of times there will be in the last days, the evil and lawlessness that will take place. Then in 1 Corinthians 15:50 he begins to tell about what we should be doing until the Day of the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Will you be ready when He comes?

The Great I AM Part III

If you have grown weary of ceremony, religious ritual and dry religion - Jesus calls us to Him! An abiding and intimate relationship with Jesus will be a river of living water flowing up and out of us. This supply will not only satisfy us but will bless others!

The Great I AM Part II

There are seven "I AM" statements made by Jesus in the book of John. These statements provide a clear parallel to God's covenant name "I AM who I AM" revealed to Moses as he was called to lead the deliverance of the Israelites. Through Jesus, God's people are still assured of the fact that God is with us, He is everything we need and only He can provide ALL we really need!

The Great I Am Part I

Today we begin a series of sermons focused on Jesus as revealed in the book of John. Jesus disciple, John pursued an intimate relationship with Jesus and because of that he had great revelation of Christ's divinity. As we pursue Jesus, we too can have greater revelation of our savior!

The Separated Life Part IV

For the past three weeks we have heard the importance of living a life separated from "the world." Today, we look at Abraham's response to God in the face of a collapsing society. Although he was "separated" from Sodom, he still interceded for the city. As God's representatives on the earth, we too should have a burden for a perishing world.
