God Speaks Part III

The clearest and most direct way that God speaks to us is through His son Jesus! The life and ministry of Jesus is the gospel or "Good News." Through Christ, God tells us; He loves us, He wants to walk in relationship with us, and that He will be our God!!! But who will hear His voice?

Go and Sin No More Part II

The scriptures reveal to us that God hates sin. They also reveal to us why. Sin is vile and deadly, sin destroys and robs us of all that is good. A just and Holy God must deal with sin harshly and He has by giving His Son. Jesus has conquered sin and now calls us to go and sin no more!

Like the apostle Paul, who always reported back on his ministry, Steve and Jan Worthy would like to tell about their ministry encounters over the past couple years. They go over events, highlights, and inspiring stories from three different countries. God came in power to a church in Kosova. They learned to obey the Lord even when it doesn't make sense. Over and over were there times where Steve and Jan experienced a move of the Holy Spirit. God is so good when we do our job and just be obedient.

Driving Out The Vultures

God calls us to a lifestyle of faith. Our faith is not to remain at the same level but rather to grow and mature. God is the one who develops our faith so that we can have confidence in His promises. We see this play out in the life of Abraham and itserves as a great testimony for our own lives.

Building An Ark (Part IV)

As we see the warnings of scriptures being fulfilled concerning the last days, we must look to God and His Word for cover. Our families are under attack, but God is speaking to us as He did in Noah's day to build an ark for our families!

The Lord's Classroom

It is often that we learn our greatest lesson in the classroom of suffering, hardship, and trial. Hebrews 12:5 tells us not to despise nor grow weary when these seasons of difficulty happen. In fact, God uses them to form and fashion us for His glory!!!

His Blood Is Sufficient

Read Hebrews, chapter 12, verses 25 through 29. The bible tells us of a day that is going to come – a day of shaking. Everything not founded on the Word of God – inside of you – will be shaken. In Haggai, chapter 2, verses 6 and 7, it talks of a day when all the foundations of the world will be shaken. This “shaking” may already be occurring in this hour. Look to the Passover story in Exodus, chapter 12, verses 1 through 13. The blood applied shall be a token unto you and the death angel would Passover that house. Apply the night of the Passover to the day we’re living in today. God’s people saw His glory, saw that He’s in control, and abided in His plan of provision and protection for His people. We can rest in His plan today with the blood applied to the doorpost of our hearts. HIS BLOOD IS SUFFICIENT. Also read Hebrews, chapter 9:11 to 15, and Hebrews 7:22 to 28.
